Mr Raju Shete is the promoter of the Planet Group of companies, and provides stewardship support and strategic guidance to the Planet Group of companies and ventures in which the Planet Group participates. The Planet group is headquartered in Singapore Some past partnerships, joint ventures and business collaborations that Mr Shete has been associated with include those with Accor, the Compass Group and Sodexo. Mr Shete served as the founder and chairman of Radhakrishna Hospitality Services (RKHS; now Sodexo, India), Founder and Director of Accor Services India (now Eden Red, India) and Founder and Director of Consolidated Services (now part of the Compass Group). In these roles, Mr Shete has built large-scale services companies with thousands of staff and hundreds of service unit locations globally and in India.

He has invested and advised a number of Technology Ventures that impact Education, Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services from incubation through to listing them on Public Markets. Rao was a key participant in the Indian Capital Market, between 1989 and 1999, a period that saw the emergence of structural change and reforms in the Indian Financial Services and Capital Markets.

Mr. Hitesh Reshamwala is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in finance, tax and statutory compliance related matters. His know-how is spread across diverse sectors and geographies such as manpower, logistics, and oil & gas. Mr. Reshamwala has extensively worked with industries that are food and near food related. With tax and statutory compliance being his forte, he is an adviser to companies at various levels of their growth cycles from start-ups to established companies with thousands of FTE’s in India and abroad.

Being a part of the business for over 14 years, Krishna is leading the business in its evolution as the total value chain partner across the food industry. He is passionate about leveraging systems while orchestrating people, process, and technology to create global business solutions. He has also championed multiple sustainability and innovation initiatives across the company.

Krishna is an alumnus from The Stern School of Business at NYU and is an active member of the Mumbai Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organisation.

Deepak is responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable revenue growth across our chosen categories/ channels and customer groups while managing key account relationships, client engagements and new customer acquisitions. He is also responsible for driving internal and external marketing and communication to enhance brand awareness, build thought leadership, and create demand-pull for our solutions and offerings.

With 12+ years of multi sector exposure in strategy formulation, driving growth P&L, business development, process excellence, mentoring high performing teams, stakeholder management, project management and change management, Deepak has proved to be an impact leader. He has designed and managed corporate strategy, operations, processes and performance of early-stage businesses and spearheaded strategic project initiatives for productivity enhancements and process improvements. He has also modelled a globally relevant, innovative, sustainable and low-cost nutrition model to tackle malnutrition.

Deepak is an alumnus of the Chicago Booth School of Business with a degree in General Management. He has done his post-graduation in Marketing and Finance and B.Sc. in Computer Science.

He is a supply chain professional with 30+ years of experience in various industries like Chemical, Engineering Manufacturing units, Distribution Company, Retail and Wholesale. He has been instrumental across his organisations in setting-up Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse and Distribution Solutions, Planning and Analysis, Vendor Development, Contingency Planning, and Managing Cold Chains. With global exposure in Canada and Australian markets, he has a strong operational understanding across geographies.

Rajdeep has pursued his Post Graduation in Supply Chain from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai University and has a graduation in Economics.

He excels in Business and Finance Strategy, Budget Planning, Process Planning and Leading Finance and Legal Operations.
