Grilled Loin Chops

- 1 pack Foodland Loin Chops
- 2 gm White pepper powder
- 10 gm Crushed garlic
- 5 gm Mixed herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley)
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml White wine (optional)
- 10 gm Mustard paste
- Salt to taste
Apply salt on the loin chops and keep aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients for the marinade and smear on the meat.
AKeep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or preferably overnight.
Heat a grilling pan and cook the chops a few at a time, turning over to make sure the meat is evenly brown and done.Serve with a fresh crisp green salad.
