Grilled Loin Chops

Ingredients
  •  
  • 1 pack Foodland Loin Chops
  • 2 gm White pepper powder
  • 10 gm Crushed garlic
  • 5 gm Mixed herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley)
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 20 ml White wine (optional)
  • 10 gm Mustard paste
  • Salt to taste

Apply salt on the loin chops and keep aside. Combine the remaining ingredients for the marinade and smear on the meat.
AKeep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or preferably overnight.
Heat a grilling pan and cook the chops a few at a time, turning over to make sure the meat is evenly brown and done.Serve with a fresh crisp green salad.

Preparation time: Overnight marination
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
