Corporate Social Responsibility
Our Corporate Social Responsibility program incorporates environmental, safety, social and people issues.
Governance
Corporate Responsibility is governed through the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) committee, taking responsibility for environmental, safety, social and people issues and initiatives within the business.
Environment
Addressing challenges around the environment has been an important focus for Radhakrishna Foodland. It is our belief that Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability present valuable benefits and opportunities for our business, our customers and the wider community. This has been articulated in our 10-Year ‘Environment Strategy’ .The document outlines our priorities on Quality, Health, Hygiene, Safety, Security, Environment, Maintenance and Compliances and creates a framework for delivering progress against our objectives by communicating to employees, suppliers and customers on the way we work in these areas.
Safety
Our relentless focus on Health and Safety has continued to drive improvements across the business.
Social
Radhakrishna Foodland understands the importance of helping people both in our local communities and around the world, through sponsorship, donations and even direct involvement. We actively encourage all our locations to get involved in the communities around them, whether it is teaching local schools about road safety or raising funds for local charities, our team is always keen to pitch in and make a positive difference. We have supported and will continue to support charitable causes and initiatives.
People
